All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping fees, or import duties. You are responsible for any sales tax required by your shipping destination, in line with U.S. economic nexus laws.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases, including taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All items are printed on demand and shipped from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. Coblera is not liable for carrier delays or import restrictions.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review our full Refund Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Coblera — including designs, product imagery, typography, and copy — is the intellectual property of Coblera or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our materials without written consent.
