Are your prints ready to hang?

Yes — all Coblera canvases come ready to hang with no additional framing or tools required.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer small, medium, and large canvas options to suit different spaces. You can find the exact dimensions and sizing guide on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We’re exploring options to expand — sign up to our emails to be the first to know when we do.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 2–4 business days. Shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days after production. You'll receive tracking details once your art ships.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Will the colors look the same as on screen?

We aim for accurate color representation, but small differences may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting. Our prints use archival inks for rich, lasting color.

Where are your products made and shipped from?

We work with trusted print partners in the USA to ensure premium quality and fast delivery. Your order is made-to-order and ships from the facility closest to your location whenever possible.

Are your canvases stretched or rolled?

All Coblera canvases arrive professionally stretched and mounted, ready to hang right out of the box — no framing or assembly needed

Will the design include a watermark or logo?

No. All artwork is printed clean — no watermarks, logos, or branding appear on the canvas surface.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also reach out if you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days.

Do you offer discounts for multiple prints?

Yes, we occasionally offer bundle deals and limited-time promotions. Sign up for our emails or check the announcement bar to stay updated.

What should I do if my canvas arrives damaged?

If your art arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it

Do you offer framed or unframed options?

Currently, our primary offering is ready-to-hang canvas prints. We’re expanding to include more formats soon.

Can I customize a quote or request a custom piece?

Not at this time — but we're working toward offering limited personalization options. For now, we focus on timeless, curated designs that speak to universal moments of growth.
