Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Coblera order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligible clothing delivered within the United States can be returned if you request a return within seven days of delivery. The delivery date counts as day one. If your order arrives in separate packages, the window begins when the final package is delivered.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Your return must be shipped within seven days of submitting the request.

Return conditions

Returned clothing must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Packed in its original clear garment bag with the product barcode label

A return that does not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We cannot offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need another size or colour, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for the return to be processed and for your payment provider to show the refund.

Items we cannot accept for change-of-mind returns

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates and lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Final Sale Items

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. You will not be charged return shipping for an approved damaged or incorrect item.

Orders delivered outside the United States

Our standard change-of-mind return process applies to eligible US orders only. If your order was delivered elsewhere, contact us before returning an item so we can explain the options available to you.
